General Agreement
By using services provided by ITMan Solutions (a trading name of ITMan Tech LTD, registered in England and Wales under Company No. 08456673), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GPDR & Data Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act (2018). By engaging our services, you consent to us storing and processing the following information:

Full Name, Address, Phone Numbers, and Email Address

Passwords / Log-in information (if required for service completion)
Data is used solely to deliver services and for record-keeping purposes. We implement strict measures to secure any and all personal data, following industry standards.

Liability Exclusions
We shall not be held responsible for:

Any losses, damages, or financial interruptions not reasonably foreseeable.

Effects on manufacturer warranties resulting from third-party repairs. It is your responsibility to asses whether a repair may void your device's warranty.
Backups & Data Loss
It is your responsibility to have a working backup of your data before any work takes place. We will not be liable for data loss, corruption, or hardware failure. While we take every measure to avoid any damage to data or hardware, they are accepted risks of repair work. If you do not have a backup, we can create one for an additional charge, which will be confirmed before service.
Payment & Charges
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed. We maintain the right to withhold devices until full payment is made. For standard repairs & services, we will offer a full quote prior to services being carried out. By requesting us to carry out quoted work, you agree to pay the quoted amount after work is completed.
Where there are unforeseen charges or extra work, we will contact you with an updated price. If you do not want us to continue, we will charge for work done to date.
For project based work, such as on-going work or support, we will agree an hourly rate (generally £60ph), and keep you up to date regularly on time spent.
Call-outs, in which we drive to your location, have a minimum charge rate of one hour of our labour (currently £60). This "call-out fee" is charged regardless of time spent at location, unless it's a part of an existing job or quote.
Unpaid balances can and will be pursued in accordance with UK debt recovery laws, including being passed to 3rd party debt collection services.
Remote Support
We offer remote services in which we can remotely control your computer with your consent. We use industry standard, security focused tools to do so. By requesting, or agreeing to remote support, you consent to us accessing your system remotely. We will never access your system without your consent or notice, and the tools we use require your confirmation before we are granted access.
All liability exclusions apply equally to remote services as they do to in-person or in-shop repairs.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left uncollected for 90 days will be considered abandoned. After this period, we may recycle or dispose of the device without further notice. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.
